If your employer opted in for the Healthee Plan Comparison Tool and you have an enrollment window available, you can access the tool in the left sidebar of your Healthee app or by going to pct.healthee.com. If you are not seeing this available and you believe you should have access to this tool, please reach out to our Healthee Support Team through the app or by emailing [email protected]
Along with this tool, you also get access to personalized, one-on-one support from our benefits specialists if you’re looking for further guidance based on your specific needs. This will be an informational and educational consult with one of our benefit support specialists to walk you through your top 3 recommended plans, so you feel confident when choosing the best plan for your needs. We recommend walking through the PCT tool first before scheduling a consult.
To schedule a consult, follow the steps below:
Select the profile icon, and select Support.
A messenger pop-up will launch, and under the Create a ticket section, you can choose Selection Plan Support.
After completing your questionnaire, you'll receive an automated message with additional information and a link to schedule your session. Please schedule a consult with a member of our Benefits Support Team.
Once we receive your submission, we'll conduct an in-depth analysis of your plan options, tailored to your specific needs, and create a personalized deck to go over with you during your scheduled session.
Through these steps, we aim to make sure you have all the information you need to make the best choice for yourself.
