Why Your Deductible Tracker May Not Update Right Away

The deductible shown in your Healthee Home Tab is influenced by your insurance carrier, since they control how often payment data is processed and refreshed. That’s why updates may not always appear instantly.

What You Can Do

  1. Check your carrier’s portal – If you see a new deductible amount there, but not in Healthee…

  2. Take screenshots – Capture both your carrier’s updated amount and what shows in Healthee.

  3. Contact Support – In the app menu, tap Support → Send Us a Message, and attach your screenshots. Our team will investigate the discrepancy further.
