What if I don't have my ID number to unlock my digital card?

Don’t have your Member ID? No problem!

  • Check your carrier’s website: Log in to your profile to see your ID and card.

  • Can’t log in? Call your carrier—they can usually find it with your name + DOB.

  • Add it here: Enter your ID in our app to keep medical, dental, and vision info all in one spot.

  • Need help? If you need a contact number for your insurance, let us know! We’ll even call your carrier for you to see if they’re willing to share this information with us.
