Accessing Telehealth (powered by Doctegrity) through Healthee makes it easy to connect with a provider when you need care. You can schedule and manage your visits directly through your Healthee account.
How to See a Doctor Online (24/7 Telehealth)
You can access Telehealth services directly by logging into Healthee via:
The Healthee mobile app
Desktop
Log in at app.healthee.com
Once logged in, navigate to your homepage.
Locate the Telehealth widget labeled "Free 24/7 Telehealth"
Select "Speak to a provider."
Start Your Visit
You will be directed to the Doctegrity Telehealth dashboard.
If you run into an error, please reach out to Healthee Support located in the Profile section of Healthee.
Select "Speak to a Doctor."
What Can Be Treated
Primary Care — speak with a doctor for conditions like:
Cold, flu, and fever
Allergies and sinus infections
Stomach issues and nausea
Skin concerns and rashes
Headaches and migraines
And more
Mental Health — speak with a licensed therapist for:
Anxiety and stress
Depression
ADHD
Grief and trauma
Relationship issues
And more
Choose how you want care (video/phone/message)
Select the type of visit you prefer:
Who is the visit for?
Select the patient for the visit before continuing.
Note on dependents:
Dependents under age 18 must be added to your Telehealth profile before scheduling. You can do this via the Add a Family Member tile on your Doctegrity Telehealth dashboard.
Dependents age 18 and older can access Telehealth through their own Healthee account. Adult dependents should be added to your Healthee profile using the digital ID card feature in your Healthee Profile. You can find a step-by-step guide on adding dependents here.
Completing Your Appointment Request
Answer the pre-appointment questions.
Select your preferred appointment time.
Confirm your appointment details.
Confirm and Connect
Once scheduled, your visit will appear under Consultations in your Doctegrity profile. From there, you can view details or cancel upcoming visits.
