If your employer offers telehealth services through Healthee, your dependents are eligible to use those services as well.
Dependents 18 and older can have their own Healthee account. For details, visit Adding dependents to your profile.
Dependents under 18 can still access telehealth by being added to your Doctegrity account. To add a dependent under 18 to Doctegrity:
Open the Healthee app and navigate to the Telehealth widget.
2. Select either Speak to a doctor or Speak to a Therapist based on your need.
3. Once you've selected your appointment type and selected by video or by phone, you'll be asked who the consultation is for.
Tap Add Child, complete the form with your dependent’s information, and save to create the dependent profile.
Once added, you can schedule appointments for your under-18 dependent through your account.
