If your employer offers telehealth services through Healthee, your dependents are eligible to use those services as well.
Dependents 18 and older can have their own Healthee account. For details, visit Adding dependents to your profile.
Dependents under 18 can still access telehealth by being added to your Doctegrity account. To add a dependent under 18 to Doctegrity:
Open the Healthee app and navigate to the Telehealth widget.
2. Scroll down and select Add a Family Member.
3. Tap Add New Dependent, complete the form with your dependent’s information, and save to create the dependent profile.
Once added, you will be able to request appointments for your underage dependent through your Doctegrity account.
