Requesting a Healthee Account for Dependents
In your Healthee account, tap Profile → Support → Send us a message.
Select “Request Healthee Account for Dependent(s)”.
Fill out the short form with:
Dependent’s full name
Date of birth
Email address
Plan(s) they’re enrolled in
Once submitted, you can track the request under Tickets.
Your dependent will receive their registration email within 1–2 business days.
Note: Accounts can only be created for dependents 18 or older.
