Spouse and dependents 18 and older are eligible for their own Healthee account. To add a dependent, follow the steps below:
Select the profile icon in the top right corner, and select Support from the dropdown.
A messenger pop-up will launch in the bottom right corner. Under the Create a ticket section, you can select Add a dependent.
Please complete all the required fields within the form and select Create ticket.
It will notify you once your ticket is created, and you will be updated on your ticket status within the messenger pop-up and via email.
Your dependent(s) can expect their welcome email for their Healthee account within 1-2 business days. Let your dependent know in advance that they will be added so that they do not miss the welcome email. We are excited to have them on board!
