Dependents under the age of 18 are not eligible to create their own account. Instead, parents can utilize services for them under their account or they can access Healthee through their parent’s account with parental supervision.
To access Telehealth (if available) for dependents under 18, from the home page you can select Speak to a provider and a pop-up will appear. You can than select Add a Family Member, then Add New Dependent to complete the form and press Save once complete. They will now be an available option when scheduling a consultation.
